How Delivery Works
Standard Hilton bell-stand hand-off. Delivery ahead of your check-in window — typically before noon on your arrival day. Bell staff holds the scooter with your name tag; you take possession at check-in.
Arrival-at-MCI visitors: the scooter is ready for you at the hotel when you arrive via the complimentary shuttle.
