How hotel delivery works

  1. You reserve online or by phone. Tell us the hotel and your arrival date.
  2. We coordinate with the bell stand ahead of your arrival — most major KC hotels already have our workflow on file.
  3. Delivery before 2pm on your arrival day. The scooter is tagged with your name and staged at the bell stand.
  4. Hand-off at check-in. The bell captain hands you the scooter along with any luggage you're picking up. No stop at the front desk, no signature.
  5. Charge overnight in your room. Standard wall outlet. Plenty for the next day.
  6. Pickup at checkout. Bell stand holds the scooter on departure morning; our driver collects the same day.

How does bell-stand delivery work?
We drop the scooter at your hotel's bell stand before your check-in, tagged with your name and arrival date. The bell captain hands it to you at check-in. No paperwork at the front desk, no rental-agreement stop, no signature. Your room key opens your room; the bell captain hands you the scooter with your luggage.
Do you need to notify the hotel ahead of time?
We coordinate directly with the bell stand or guest services on our end. You don't need to call the hotel separately, though a quick note at check-in that "a scooter was delivered for me" is never a bad idea. Most major Kansas City hotels already have our delivery workflow on file.
What about contactless delivery?
The bell-stand hand-off is already effectively contactless — the scooter is left with the bell staff, tagged with your name, and you receive it at check-in without any in-person rental transaction. Can I charge the scooter in my hotel room?
Yes. Every scooter we rent charges from a standard wall outlet. Overnight charging in the guest room is the typical pattern. Hotels don't require special electrical accommodation.
