How hotel delivery works
- You reserve online or by phone. Tell us the hotel and your arrival date.
- We coordinate with the bell stand ahead of your arrival — most major KC hotels already have our workflow on file.
- Delivery before 2pm on your arrival day. The scooter is tagged with your name and staged at the bell stand.
- Hand-off at check-in. The bell captain hands you the scooter along with any luggage you're picking up. No stop at the front desk, no signature.
- Charge overnight in your room. Standard wall outlet. Plenty for the next day.
- Pickup at checkout. Bell stand holds the scooter on departure morning; our driver collects the same day.

The list below covers the hotels we regularly deliver to. It's not exhaustive — if your property isn't listed, it's because we haven't had a guest request there yet, not because we don't serve that corridor.

Short-term rentals too
We deliver to Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental properties across the metro. The coordination is slightly different (direct window instead of bell-stand drop), but the rental transaction is the same.
Contactless delivery
The bell-stand hand-off is effectively contactless — there's no in-person rental transaction with your driver because everything happens through the hotel's normal bell-service workflow. For contactless-plus arrangements (no staff interaction at all, drop at a specific time), call us and we'll coordinate.
