  3. We confirm a delivery window on the call. Typically a 2–3 hour window that afternoon or evening.
  4. Payment is handled by phone or through the main site. Credit card; we can complete the transaction live on the call.
  5. Delivery happens. The driver calls on approach. Scooter is set up in 10–15 minutes at your address.

Common same-day scenarios

What we can't do same-day

Some requests genuinely don't fit a same-day window: a Sunday Chiefs home-game delivery called in at 11am Sunday (the Sunday schedule is fully booked ahead). A Christmas-Day delivery during Plaza Lights peak with no prior booking. A Memorial Day weekend arrival to Worlds of Fun area at 4pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. We'll tell you honestly when same-day doesn't work and offer the earliest realistic next-day option.

No same-day surcharge. Our standard zone-based delivery pricing applies whether the rental is same-day, next-day, or booked weeks ahead — Local $25 (0–10 mi), Metro $50 (11–30 mi), Regional $75 (31–50 mi), Extended $50 + $2/mi (51+ mi) based on driving distance from our Leavenworth fleet.
What information do you need for a same-day request?
Delivery address (hotel, Airbnb, or private residence), rental duration (daily, weekly, or specific dates), scooter model preference (or tell us your use case and we'll recommend a model), and a phone number where we can reach you for arrival coordination. That's all. Credit card at booking.
What if I need it in an hour?
