How Delivery Works at Home2 Suites
Front-desk coordination. Home2 is smaller-scale than the big downtown chain towers, so our delivery routes through the hotel’s front-desk team rather than a dedicated bell stand. We deliver ahead of your check-in window, staff stages the scooter in back-of-house, and you take possession at check-in.
For extended stays (weeks or months), we coordinate mid-stay battery maintenance or scooter swaps as needed. Call 913-775-1098 with your planned duration and we’ll set up the right service cadence.
